Glen Etive Holidays
Hollybank with Outdoor Sauna
Situated at the end of stunning Glen Etive, Hollybank overlooks Loch Etive and is surrounded by beautiful mountains. Sleeping 8 and completely refurbished to a very high standard, available for a minimum of 3 nights.
Gualachulain Bothy
Gualachulain Bothy is a stunning and affordable cottage at the end of the glen. Providing bunk beds for up to 6 guests. Available for a minimum stay of 2 nights but for as long as you wish, the bothy is an ideal base.
Wallace Cottage
Located in the centre of the village of Ballachulish and close to all amenities, Wallace Cottage is a newly built 2-bedroom cottage, sleeping 4. The cottage is available for bookings of a minimum of 3 nights.

Garden Room
The Garden Room is a spacious private unit with parking at the door.
The unit has 1 bedroom plus a very comfortable double bed settee. Ideal for walkers doing the West Highland Way. Just a short walk once you exit the WHW.
Warm and spacious with a fully fitted kitchen. Places to dry your kit for next day walking.
No pets allowed. We provide a light breakfast.
Leven View
This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Quiet but walking distance to the village of Kinlochleven. The village has a Coop store, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers, bars and eateries, close to the Loch Leven Seafood cafe.
Plenty of lovely walks, plenty of Mamores to climb. Fishing in the loch. Open water swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the loch and River Leven.

Riverside Lodge
Located in the centre of the village of Kinlochleven, Riverside Apartment is a one bedroom apartment especially suited to hikers on the West Highland Way or for those who need a good base for hiking or water sports.
Plenty of lovely walks, plenty of Mamores to climb. Fishing in the loch. Open water swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the loch and River Leven.

As described in the Visit Scotland website: visitors coming to the area to seek out the famous James Bond's Skyfall and Braveheart film location, following the driving route along the River Etive. For white water kayakers, the river is considered to be one of the most challenging white water kayaking routes in Scotland, including grade 4 rapids with a range of waterfalls and pools.
Kayakers are not the only ones who enjoy the glen: hikers, have great walking, mountain bikers, have wonderful cycle routes, canoeists, have the beautiful Loch Etive to themselves, and skiers can have up to 4 months of great skiing during the winter months. And for those simply seeking rest and a quiet place to recharge tired batteries there is nowhere like it in Scotland.
