This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.Quiet but walking distance to the village of Kinlochleven.

The village has a Coop store, Chinese takeaway, hairdressers, bars and eateries, close to the Loch Leven Seafood cafe.

Plenty of lovely walks, plenty of Mamores to climb. Fishing in the loch. Open water swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding in the loch and River Leven. West Highland Way runs through the village.

The space
Leven view is a 2 story house with exquisite staircase.
There is a large lounge and kitchen open plan with large TV, air conditioning and beautiful views.

There is an outdoor balcony on ground level to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee.
A downstairs bedroom with doors opening onto the balcony with en-suite shower room.
A downstairs bedroom bathroom with a deep bath.

Utility room with separate washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, air fryer, toaster, kettle, microwave and all utensils. Dining table seats 8 with 4 stools around centre island.

All under floor heating through out ground floor.

Upstairs there are a further 3 bedrooms all en-suite.

Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space.

There are gardens to the front and back. Although walled at the front it is not completely enclosed.

Plenty of free parking.
